    Alison M. McKee Elected to Virginia Bar Association Board of Governors

    February 2016 – Kaufman & Canoles is pleased to announce that Alison M. McKee has been elected to the Virginia Bar Association Board of Governors as an at-large representative.

    Mrs. McKee is of counsel in the firm’s Virginia Beach office. Her commercial law practice includes corporate law, banking and finance, commercial real estate, and senior housing law.

    Founded in 1888, the Virginia Bar Association is the largest voluntary bar association in the Commonwealth and advances the highest ideals of the profession through advocacy and volunteer service. The Board of Governors manages the business of the Virginia Bar Association and each member serves a three-year term.
