    Biography

    Eric is a member of the Corporate & Public Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on public finance, transportation and local government matters, including traditional governmental finance, securities, state and local government law and public/private partnerships. Eric not only represents public sector clients on a transactional basis, he also serves in a general counsel capacity to local and regional governmental entities.

    • Represent issuers, borrowers, underwriters, lenders and trustees in a wide range of tax-exempt and taxable transactions, with an emphasis on governmental, transportation, 501(c)(3) and education financing, including governmental project financings and private activity bond matters
